My name is Sheila W. Williams.  I have been a Notary Public since 1986, when I worked for Judge Ann A. Gourdine as a Secretary.  A retired Civil Servant for over 38 years of service.  I retired from Naval Medical Center Portsmouth as a Supv. Distribution Facilities Specialist, GS-12 on June 30. 2022.  I came out of retirement and I am currently working for the Young Womens Christian Association of South Hampton Roads (YWCA-SHR), as an Administrative Advocate.  Currently serving as the Centennial President of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Incorporated, Alpha Beta Sigma Portsmouth Alumnae Chapter for four years and many other affiliations.  Mother of three grown children, 12 grand children and 12 great-grandchildren.
