As the owner of Griffin Notary Services in Virginia Beach, VA, I’ve been a commissioned notary since 2018, completing over 6,000 appointments and operating full-time since 2020. I also host a YouTube channel (search Griffin Notary) dedicated to providing practical insights and best practices for commissioned notaries, emphasizing the critical importance of understanding and adhering to individual state notary laws. My philosophy for the notary business is built on accuracy and efficiency: meticulously identifying signers, witnessing their signatures, and correctly executing each notarization to ensure seamless and reliable service.

I specialize in making virtual notarization feel less like a process and more like a partnership. Whether it’s powers of attorney, real estate documents, or full trust packages, I help legal professionals get everything signed, sealed, and squared away—without delays, confusion, or tech headaches.

I perform online notarizations using secure platforms like Pactima and NotaryCam, delivering smooth and compliant services to clients across the U.S. and internationally.
Tracey Dunn retired as a Writer-Editor for the U.S. Patent and
Trademark Office in 2025. She also served the same role for the
U.S. Department of Homeland Security from 2021-2023. Tracey
began her federal career with the U.S. Department of Housing and
Urban Development in 2008 after working with the Virginia
Department of Housing and Community Development. Tracey was re-appointed by Governor Glen Younkin in 2024 to continue to serve on an advisory board for the Virginia Board of Medicine. She recently completed the Executive Certificate in Public Leadership from the Harvard Kennedy School of Government (2025). She also
holds an MPA degree, in policy analysis, from John Jay College of Criminal Justice and a BS degree in Education from Virginia Commonwealth University. Tracey has served as a Notary Public for the Commonwealth for over 25 years.
Crystal Parnell is the Founder and Owner of Notary Plus, located in Fredericksburg, VA. In addition to being a traditional and eNotary, she is also a certified LSA.
Rose Hall Bio – Rose currently lives in Lynchburg, VA. She has been a notary for several years. She enjoys her dog, cats, sewing and gardening.
